How do I redeem my $15 Gift Code?
It's easy. After you accepted a membership offer to join RedEnvelope Rewards you were sent a welcome e-mail which contained your personal $15 Gift Code valid for a future purchase at ProFlowers, Shari's Berries or Cherry Moon Farms, depending upon which web site you had purchased from.
To redeem your Gift Code, simply make a new purchase from the same web site you had purchased from (ProFlowers, Shari's Berries or Cherry Moon Farms) and enter your Gift Code on the Billing page. You'll save immediately. Be sure to use your Gift Code before its stated expiration date. If you don't have your welcome e-mail, simply call RedEnvelope Rewards Customer Service, we'll be happy to provide your Gift Code to you. You can reach us by calling our 800 number found on the Contact Us page.
How long am I eligible to be a member?
You can remain a member as long as you want. You'll continue to enjoy your program benefits and savings as long as you are a member. However if at any time during your membership you're not completely satisfied with the service, simply contact RedEnvelope Rewards Customer Service to cancel. See the Contact Us page for our 800 number or use the link on that page to cancel online.
